Sprite Backup order woes

I paid for the software through Sprites own website on Tuesday. I still haven't heard from them as to how to download the software. Emailed them twice already but no reply. Looked over their website again & again but no indication as to how to download.

Has anybody elase experienced this delay? I need it to backup my wizard for rom update.

Check that maybe your email has interpreted the delivery as spam? I had that happen once, tho not with Sprite.
