How do I install programs

Can someone give me rundown on how to install the various programs on my Vario, easy, no brainer, with screen shots if possible. There used to be a section on this site that just had all this info in, but that seems to have gone. Thanks in advance

You probably mean this guide in Smartphone FAQs - File Installation - which is appropriate to PPCs too generally.

The main difference is that you get the installation location selection box on the PC screen rather than the device.

That was the one, thanks mate, it's been over 2 years since I had an smartphone type of device, my brain went into melt down, and went back to having a normal phone for awhile ;)
