Help Please my son cleared storage

Please can someone help, i hane just brought a k-jam yesterday but my son has cleared storage and i have lost tomtom ect, is there anyway to bring it all back ? i am new to this device and would really appreciate some help.

Once a device has been hard reset or had it's storage cleared you can only get it back if you made a backup using optional software beforehand. I'm guessing this isn't the case here.

Not to worry though as you should be able to reinstall any software. Just dig out your TomTom Navigator and reinstall...
