AT&T Sim Card-One Rate

Me and the owner of the company have a AT&T sim card and we are still signed up for the one rate, This was a plan for 99 bucks that you could use your phone when ever where ever for that fixed price. I have the smart phone 5600 and it seams with in the last month that for what ever reason the phone does not work like it used to. It will start off with t-moble then switch to a trangle then it bounces back to a 5 didget number then at&t will come up. I want to upgrade to the 2125 but the phone will not work with the sim card.

What are my options buy another 5600 upgrade or stay with the phone that I have now?

I need to have the msn and sync for my outlook contact.
