Help! Orange SPV C550 as a modem

Hello,

i looked at http://www.modaco.com/USB_Modem_for_Orange...-t2361-s15.html and followed the instructions.

With the initialisation String box use: +cgdcont=1,\"IP\",\"orangeinternet\",\"\",0,0

I get this error message: error 692: There was a hardware failure in the modem(or other connecting device)

So i did remove the delete the string in the initialisation box, and i tried dial up again (*99#) then another error message;

error message error 734: The PPP link control protocol was terminated.

I m stuck here, please help!
