Yep, TT Navigator works absolutely fine with the M5000...I use mine with the Parrot CK3300 car kit and it works like a dream. I think there are installation problems with earlier versions but 5.2 installed fine for me. There are loads of threads on here which discuss TT5 on the M5000 if you need further assistance.

As this is specific to the M5000 why didn't you post it in the correct forum where you could have found many threads saying TomTom do not support the M5000 and detailing which receivers work and which people have had problems with and how (or not) they have overcome them.

Because this is the Help and Advice section and cybot was asking for help and advice.

Please don't forget this is the place designed for members to ask questions without other saying things like "do a search" or "post it elsewhere" and then not give any actual links to help ;)

Remember we were all new members once (even me)

Now for being back on topic,

TomTom 5.2 will work fine on the Universal, it's the latest version you need as it was designed to work with WM5. I only use TomTom GPS units so can not say if other units are fully compatable, but the TomTom GPS unit is hard to beat.

@ cybot I have removed your duplicate post from the Smartphone section as it's best not to crosspost as it can confuse other members.
