WMV on SPV C550

I have just put a 65 MB WMV video file on my smartphone and managed to open it in Windows Media Player, the thing is, when i tried to play it, sound came through fine but video only changed every 5 seconds or so. It seemed to judder a hell of a lot!

Any ideas on how to fix this. Thanks in advance.

You need to recode the video to a more sutable size.
