not allowed to change in the registry

Resco Registry Editor doesn't allow me to alter the policies keys so I can application unlock the phone.. It changes back to the original values and when I run the SDA_ApplicationUnlock.exe it says this phone cannot be unlocked... Very strange, I have been able to do this before.. Also, the phone is NOT operator locked or anything..

Also with PHM Registry Editor, I get an error message when trying to change the values, saying that I'm not allowed the alter the value.

What to do?

I did one more factory reset, and after that it worked.. So now I have the new qtek europe aku2. ;)
