Ive had my c550 for about 8mths and ive gotta say im getting pretty much to the end of my patience level with it.

Its taken a beating from me in various different ways, due to it dropping out or being slow or crap in general..

The diagnostic is simply them asking you some questions and you answering them. If the fault(s) you describe tick certain boxes, they replace the phone for free (although they sometimes charge a

Ive always found the orange replacement service quite good.

I had it with my C550, after 4 replacements i said enough was enough (btw this was under a 5month period so i still got free replacements) So I said to orange I dont want another C550 I want a different offer so the woman i talked to gave me a free upgrade to a C600! it rocks!

And its on pay as you go!
