Pop3 and Pass through conflict

Hi

I've got a SP3i connected up to a corporate exchange system. Using standard ActiveSync setup, docked during the day, GPRS at night.

I've also set up a POP3 and a Hotmail HTTP account (Using HTTP Software) which sync perfectly through GPRS. As soon as I dock the phone however, the pop3 and hotmail stop syncing. If I do a manual sync it prompts me for the password for the account.

If I force the 'The Internet' connection to always use GPRS it works both docked and undocked, however it seems to make a mess of the docked ActiveSync.

Anyone any ideas or has anyone managed to get this setup right?
