HELP!GREEN BOOT UP SCREEN ON QTEK8310

Hi guys ..i used the spv developers tool t o super cid my qtek 8310...so it could accept the new qtek aku2 rom.. it worked fine for one day then next day ..the phone crashes ..does not boot up..tried hard reset ..re installing the qtek rom again and nothing sometimes i get this tri color screengreen red blue cannot remember the order ..after that thats it.. when i try to boot up again i get this empty green screen.Apart fro mthat the phone will not boot up ..what do i do ?HELLLLLLLLP PLEASE ;)

Read this topic, please.

1. Power off the phone
   
2. Press and hold the "camera" key on the right side of the phone
   
3. Connect the USB cable to the PC (do not release the "camera" key)
   
4. The phone turns on and goes into the tri-color mode
   
5. You may release the key
   
6. Run the ROM update utility
   
7. Pray
