mp4 won't play

Hi, i am new here and just wondered if i could ask some advice.

I bought a SPV M5000 the other day, anyway i downloaded a video file (mp4) and i have transferred it to my SPV using ActiveSync but when i come to play in it PVplayer there is no video just sound, could someone be greatful as to tell me how to get it to work.
