Changing 'Phone' theme on Orange SPV M600

Can anyone help?

I am somewhat longsighted (need glasses to read close up) and I find the whole 'Phone' set of applications difficult to read. Gray background, black fonts etc. not very clear.

Has anyone found a way of changing this theme and put together something nice and clear for an old git like me to be able to read?

You mean the actual screen that pops up from the "phone" shortcut (and when you press the green dial button)? You'll be looking for a "dialpad skin", I think there might be a few on here.
