Comm manger

Hi

I work for a company which is going to be distributing m5000's to its employees, however we do not want them to have access to WiFi or Bluetooth on these devices, is there a way of disabling them both or maybe blocking access to Comm manger.

I've hacked them out of registry but it doesnt disabled them.

Anyway ideas?
