5600 External Speakers?

Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone has purchased travel speakers for the Audiovox 5600, and if so which ones? I've bought the audio cable to connect external speakers to it for like $3.99. Also I don't want to plug in the speakers for them to work, maybe batteries would be ok.

do u want them because your traveling? I would reconsider! external speakers are no good ... I've tried them myself at a friends house and the quality was just pure lacking.. and I havn't seen non-wire speakers (working with only batteries), but that would be pretty good, if u travel / if your on a beach ;)

Well theres a good music dock for the SP5m which is compatible with the 5600 on this site

Im not sure whether it runs on batteries, but it says here

But it might be talking about the phones battery life?

But if this turns out to be your best shot then im sure you could invest in a battery back which provides a DC Output.
