I am having same problem ;) with mY XDA MINI S bought from onestopphoneshop.com (Carephone warehouse) and not able to send file from my laptop to XDA. Getting message "File Transfer Services is not found on target device" so I have write an email to O2 support team today so will let you know as soon as I get the response from thier side.

Hello Nicky,

Well I was having same problem when I recieved my XDA MINI S, But now a Good News for you I have sorted it out

Go to Start

click Settings

Click Connections tab

Click Beam

and Select "receive all incoming beams"

Now you can receive files on your XDA through bluetooth.
