Wifi help for Cingular 8125

[Guest plain fan]

I just got my cingular 8125 and I can't surf the web using the built in wifi capability. It detects my network and I go to IE mobile but after a few seconds of "locating" I get a message stating the site couldn't be found because the connection was lost. Any suggestions? I love the phone so far and can't wait to really start using it.

Are you getting an IP address when you connect to your access point? If so, is the device losing the signal when you move out of range?

One thing to remeber this is a wireless B not G make sure your access point will accept mixed options.
