Help! With gnuboy

I have downloaded gnuboy and saved it on my desktop.

But now I follow the directions on his home page:

Installation Instructions

Download gnuboySetup.exe.

Execute it on your pc.

Place your GB/GBC ROM image files in the same folder as gnuboy.exe. (\Storage Card\Program Files\Games\gnuboy if you installed on your storage card)

Run Gnuboy from the programs menu.

When I go to execute it on my desktop a window comes up and disappears.!!

What now?
