C600 Doesn't allow me to edit Contacts Sync Rules

I used to be able to edit the settings for Synchronising my contacts. However for some reason, I am now not able to do so.

This means I can't determine what to do when there's a conflict or to tell it to sync only contacts in a specific category etc... the result is that it has now sync'd everything in my contacts list from Outlook instead of just the categorised ones I want.

It seems on the phone handset, even on there I can't change the settings and my PC seems to take the settings from the phone if I reinstall Active Sync.

Anyone have any ideas on what I can do to fix this?
