WAV files won't play on MPX 220

Hey guys,

I just got myself a Motorola MPx220, which supposedly supports WAV files. But when I try to play .wav files from my File Manager, I get an Alert message saying 'Playing xyz.wav (size)' but no sound ;) I finally downloaded a piece of freeware 'RJV ToneSetter' from PDAGold to play them. I understand that the default for .wav file is the Sound Player (sndmgr.exe). The Registry key for wavfile reads 'snd mgr.exe %1'. Is this correct??? I thought it should be "%1".

Please help.
