New 2.0.9.0 FirmWare, Can't Remove System Pictures?

Yesterday I updated my 8310 to 2.0.9.0 ROM and applied the following settings

in order to Application Unlock my phone.

Can somebody PLEASE tell me what the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies\00001017 = 144" key does???

After that I also ran "SDA_ApplicationUnlock".

Now I am able to install TCPMP, etc, but am not able to remove the system default pictures. I was able to delete those pics when I was running the previous ROM.

Can somebody tell me how I can get rid of those pics so I can free up some more mem?

Lol, I guess you didn't notice that in my first post (topic start), the words "following settings" are linked to an URL...the same as yours! :-)
