Cingular 2125 - broke my screen :( Help?

Knocked my 2125 (Faraday?) off my desk. It was charging via USB cable at the time and swung down and broke the INNER LCD screen on the leg of my office chair :P . The outer case/screen dosn't have a scratch on it and it still functions 100% (I use remote display on my PC).

No insurance and obviously no warranty coverage for this. Cingular says $250 to fix. I'd be willing to replace the LCD myself if I knew where to buy it from. Even if it's the same LCD from a non-2125 (but compatable) phone. Have checked Ebay and Googled my fingers off. No go. Any help appreciated.

Am I the first? Do I get a prize? ;)
