T-mobile SDA/Qtek8300/sp5m memory question

I got the T-mobile SDA aka i-mate sp5m a couple days ago. As i was browsing thru it, i noticed that when i go to the file manager and system info, i see the following:

Storage Memory: 19.94 MB

Used: 8.82

FreeL 11.12

Program Memory: 45.06

Used: 22.03

Free: 23.03

Is that normal? I thought that it should have 64 MB. Can someone please check this on their SDA? Thanks

So storage memory is only 20 MB, not 64 MB?
