SPV C500 + Copilot

Hi....

Is Copilot Live 5 compatible with a Orange SPV C500? It's application unlocked, and operator version 4.1.1.4

This is the real version of Copilot, not some dodgy one downloaded from the net - it's also the CD version, not the memory card version. Connect using Activesync 4.1 - guest partnership. Start the install from the CD and it copies the cab files to the phone no problem. The cab files then go to install on the device and I get the error:

xxx cab failed to install on your device because the installation file is not intended for this device

This happens for the text to speech cab, and the Copilot cab - it used to complain about the digital certificate until I app unlocked it. I've actually read a review of this software on a C500, and also it states on the back of the CD case 'Windows Mobile 2003'

Any ideas anyone, as ALK support are a waste of my time - sore fingers with sending unanswered emails to them. Twats.

Are you sure you have the Smartphone version and not the PPC one?
