One call to trading standards will sort this out, if you are still having hastle getting it. Phone them again, ask to have it sent out immediately, with you incuring no additional cost. If they say they can't just mention that you'll be speaking to Trading Standards. That ought to be enough to get them moving, but if they don't you may need to look up where your T.S. local office is & give them a call. http://www.tradingstandards.gov.uk/

I would tell O where to go but move to T-mob - with unlimited data and flext they are very good value.

Expecting anything from O these daus seems to be expecting to much.

Shame because they used to be so good....

Well I bit my tongue, called Orange back to re-order the M600, guess what, none in stock! Unfortunately (for me) my local Orange shop had one in stock, offering the same deal as before! Being a sucker for gadgets, I had to get it. But a long letter will be going to Orange, and as soon as I can afford it, I'll be off to O2 or T-Mobile. And I will mention Trading Standards in my letter!

I worked for Orange for 6.5 years and I know how bad the system is on their end.

If they had processed the M600 without waiting for the C600 to clear the system they would have added a

The reason they tried to slap a 250 pound charge on you for leaving is because you'd basically just taken out a new contract. However, since you've got 14 days to cancel "no questions asked" when you take out a contract, they were completely in the wrong. I would CC your letter to trading standards.
