Guest jutley Posted May 5, 2006 Report Posted May 5, 2006 (edited) Okay my personel expirence with this push email service well it seems to be eating up alot ov data for no reason. The gprs is allways active i think they call this the heartbeat its good for those that need email instantly but beware of the data it chews up. And i guess the companys going to pay for the gprs data so they will have no problems hope i have explained it clear thanks. Edited May 6, 2006 by jutley

Guest stargate Posted May 12, 2006 Report Posted May 12, 2006 Alternativley you can use Mobile Tracking System service (it is free). Besides tracking features, MTS also provides free send and receive e-mail messages and SMSes. More information here - http://www.fightersoft.ro/mts/index.htm . This is completly free and it works on apn wap also. Another option is to use SMS2Email - a small app that allows you to convert SMS to email and vice versa using only your mobile phone and your computer. More information here - http://www.fightersoft.ro/sms2email/index.htm
