How to send contact details via SMS?

Hello,

I like to send contact details via SMS. On my Qtek 8010 I used the tool Contacts Menue.

This was great, as it gave me the option to select which details I wanted to send and then send by SMS.

On my Qtek 8310 with WM2005 this is not working anymore.

I hope there is somebody who has an idea about a similar program or even a build in function, that can do this.
