How to hide Hotmail and make MMS appear?

Hi guys,

Well i didn't install the extended rom, however I did run the MMS cab, now the MMS settings are there if I go into MMS Configeration but it doesn't appear in my tree view of the different in boxes. How can I make it appear?

Also can i make Hotmail disappear from the same view as I don't use it?
