Headset socket issues on Prophet/M600

Has anyone had any problems with the headset socket on the Prophet/M600? I've had mine a couple of weeks and I've noticed it cuts out quite a bit if you move the headset jack. I've tried different jacks and it happens with all of them.

Just wondering if it's normally that bad or should I send mine back to Orange?

Every SPV I've had through the ages develops headset jack problems at one stage or another but if you've only had it for a few weeks I'd complain to your supplier and try and get a new one.
