Disable right softkey for incoming calls

Hi there

I've searched around and found topics on changing the right soft key function on the home screen but i would like to be able to disable the key when i have an incoming phone call.

This is because i keep sending people to my answer phone by catching the button when i take the phone out of its carry case to answer the call

I would love to know this too, I hate that phone gets answered everytime its in the case...
