Guest nitramk Posted May 8, 2006 Report Posted May 8, 2006 (edited) Hi Tornado users! This is my weekend-hack. I've developed an application that takes care of the incoming bluetooth file sending requests and saves them to whatever location. This location can you decide all by yourself where it will bee. The application is called moBlue and is attached to this post. Here are the instructions for usage: 1. Make sure you have .NET CF 2 installed on your device, if not it can be downloaded from here: Microsoft .NET Compact Framework 2 2. Install the app by clicking the cabfile from the file explorer. 3. Uncheck the box "Recive incoming beams" under Settings > Conections 4. moBlue will now handle all your incoming requests instead of the built in Microsoft "thing". ;) Greetings from Martin Kaldma (hejhej.org) File taken down, new CF 1.1 version will in 8 hours appear on Handango. Guest leethacker Posted May 8, 2006 Report Posted May 8, 2006 Nice, nice! But a native app for such a thing that is thightly integrated into the OS would be much better performance wise. I also do not want to install .NET CF2. Needs too much memory (that I dont have) ;)
Guest leethacker Posted May 20, 2006 Report Posted May 20, 2006 Any update on this? (Btw: Would be better if this would be put into the software section so that more ppl can see it) :-)
Guest mini_man Posted May 20, 2006 Report Posted May 20, 2006 WOW! Someone has actually created this app!!!! Your absolutley amazing! i'l try this now!!!
Guest nitramk Posted May 20, 2006 Report Posted May 20, 2006 (edited) I've soon an update that makes this application run with the built in CF in WM5, hope it'll be out today. Then it will be far more useful. ;) Edited May 20, 2006 by nitramk
