Can't play any game with joypad usage

Hi everybody, got mine two weeks ago and a weekn ago find some

I cant play any game with joypad And in tcpmp hot buttons settings the posittions of any rigt left up buttons is the same #84 whenever The"capture all buttons" is picked or not

Cause in my country Charmer is not very popular I cant find a way to find out does anybody have the same

TCMP button assignment is working fine for me.

maybe a hard reset would fix it?

Ithink its a dirrectdevice problem and what about games with joypad
