yes, the additional storage is very handy, especially for things like the Jam that don't have a huge amount of storage on board. means you don't have to sacrifice everything that is on the card when you want to use wifi.

the only drawback that the sandisk has over the one you've linked to is the size. the sandisk protrudes approx. the height of a full sd card, wheras the one you're looking at seems like it only has a small amount that juts out above the top of the device...
