C550 Black Screen

I'm newbie to this forum.

My Orange SPV c550 (unlocked) phone is getting freeze, happened twice.

The signal flash light is on but, I

It may be worth trying to do a hard reset and restoring the phone back to it's factory settings as your problme could be related to some software you may have installed previously.
