Tomtom Western Europe SPV c500 cant activation

I installed Tomtom Mobile 5.2 AND German, Chech, Poland maps on my memory card. I start tomtom on my SPV c500 and go to activation. Program show me device code. On ttcode.com I wrote product code and device code and I get activation code. On my mobile I go to manual activation I wrote activation code and is red sreen and report that " Sorry, this is not the correct activation code for product" I dont know what I have to do

why do you use the manual activation ? if you have a legal version of tomtom then contact tomtom and tell them the problems you have and they will help, if its on the other hand a internet pirate version then go and buy a legal version and it will work ;)

I have legal maps. I wrote email to Tomtom but they dont answear

try emailing again if you do not hear from them , as if you buy software like tomtom they must make sure it works , try to give them as much info as possible so they can sort it out for you ;)
