O2 MMS Settings on C500

Hi, does anybody know how I go about settings up a SPV C500 to work on an o2 network.

I have unlocked the phone, and have managed to get the answer machine and the SMS working, but I cannot get the MMS or GPRS to work.

I have found a link on here (http://www.modaco.com/index.php?showtopic=200962) to give me the o2 network settings, but I just cannot figure where or what I need to change on the C500. There seems to be settings everywhere.

Can someone help and advise what I need to change.
