Shortcut to new unread mail?

Hi everybody,

I am using Key Lock from maniac's Smartphone Tools as a screensaver and to key lock the phone (Qtek 8310) automatically.

When I receive an email I follow theses steps:

Unlock the phone

Press the mail button

Select

Hmm... Actually WM5 has it's own home screen plugin for unread Hotmail, SMS, and Outlook. You mean when you have unread e-mail it doesn't show on the home screen?

i just do the unlock bit with left soft key anf * button then if you look at right soft key where it usually says contacts it says messages click it it takes you to the first unread message.

or it does for MMS and SMS so i would presume email.is the same no?

Nope. Mine has never even done this for SMS.
