Error: The Control Header. etc.. when running an App on C600

I have just installed the RJV SMS Scheduler for Windows Mobile 2003 and above on my C600.

The application installs ok however when I try to run it, I get the error "The Control Header ({338D5EB3-4BBD-11D1-9A7D-00C04FAD5AEC}) Could not be created.

A similar message is given when I try to run the RJV Secure Inbox application.

Does the C600 have to be application unlocked? If so, could someone point me to a link on the forum or web so that I may do this?
