new housing

Hello. This is my first post. I dropped my xda mini s yesterday ans the housing is badly damaged. The phone its self still works but the housing is falling off. Does anyone know of anywhere where i gould buy a replacement housing? I've been searching all day and can't find one anywhere.

im pretty sure I saw them when i went to the computer market up in manchester (Bowlers)..

Maybe your best bet is to check places like that

It's been a while since I went to Bowlers ( Trafford Park, Manchester, near the Daily Telegraph presses) on a saturday morning but I've never seen anything like that there - just people with laptops charging

Thanks for the replies. doy you know of any computer market type things in the edinburgh area?

It is mostly the front part that is damaged. A new front is probably going to be ok. Im not sure how to fit it so any help would be appreciated.

I think the URL is something like 'computerfairs.co.uk or somesuch but TBH I'll doubt you'll get one there as they are extremely uncommon.

Diss-assembly is similar to the blueangel once you have the back off - you need to remove the mainboard to access 2 of the 4 screws holding the front panel / LCD to the slide section. If/when I get some more just the front panel will be about

I have the same problem but am in aus. Anyone know of anywhere on the net you can get something like this? Just the front is really scratched

Hi I hope you manage to find what you are looking for Steve. I've been keeping my eye out for new housing for my wizard as well. its beginning to look "used". One idea might be to look for a dummy model of the phone on ebay. the housing will be the same.

fluffcat1 if you ever do get more housings in please let me know
