How Do You Dismantle an SP5?

Hi all,

My SP5 has developed a dodgy key - i think there might be something stuck under it. I've taken the four screws out but i can't see where to proceed from there. I think there my be a further two screws under the cover at the top of the phone, but i can't see how to remove it. Any advice?

The mounting points are in the same places.
