SPV c550 wil not hard reset! Help!

Hello peeps.

I try to hard reset my SPV c550.

I first turn off the ophone.

Then I hold down soft key 1 an 2 and keep them pressed.

Then I press 1 second on the power button (if i hold the powerbutton longer, the c550 boots up normally)

All I get then is a white screen and not the question on the screen about resetting.

Is there another way to hard reset the c550?
