K, so I was playing Street Duel, when the bloody screen calibration thing kept coming up! I figured out what was happening...

Try holding down the mail button and pressing the middle "select" button...

So, when playing landscape games and using the mail button as an accelerator -- try not to push in the middle button while steering ;)

Following from that, I found that holding the T@ symbol (on a Vario) - top right button - and pressing middle select button brings up the start menu. Useful for 1 handed operation - although I've got my Mail button assigned to do that already.

I found that pressing and holding the WiFi/Bluetooth button and then pressing the select button (whilst holding the WiFi button), toggled my phone from Vibrate to on. I then needed to release the WiFi button and if I did it again, it toggled it from On to Vibrate.

I'm really interested to see how you can press the top T@ button and the select button using only one hand!

One handed operation huh! Only if you're double jointed! ;) :P

One hand and a desk? ;)

When I said one-handed, I think I actually meant, stylus free, nibbled fingernail use.

Is that better?

Actually - I just managed it one handed. Cup phone with 3 fingers of right hand. With side of index finger press the T@ button and then with your thumb press the select button.

Hi,

to toggle the vibrate on/off you don't need to press the select button. simply holding the comm manager button on it's own will do it!

Indeed, I was just thinking that.

Also, on my XDA Mini S, When I do the Hold IE + Press center button, it opens the start menu, but also IE, no matter how hard I try :P

Any tips on that? Would be really helpful and I don't want to lose any of my current buttons ;)

Thanks!
