Are you talking about the SIM PIN or the phone lock type PIN?

Cheers,

SIM Pin - call your operator answer their security questions and they will unblock it OR go to a dodgy retail outlet and they will do it for a fee!!

Phone Pin - Hard Reset (I dont think there is any other way around it)

At the end of the day imagine if you'd lost your phone - you would want your data etc to be secure i.e so that no one could get around the security!!

If you've lost your SIM PIN then you'll need your PUK - PIN Unblocking Key (I think that's the right acronym?). If you got your phone from T-Mo then you'll find this printed on the piece of paper that your SIM card was originally atached to - assuming you still have it!

If Password then Hard Reset should clear it - Hold down the two 'soft keys' the ones beside the phone up and down icons on the keyboard, and press the reset button (left hand side). Select 0 to reset everything to factory settings (another good reason to do a backup ;-) ) or X to cancel.

Good luck!
