Best way to clear data off a C550 before replacement?

The 2 and 3 keys on my c550 died today, phoned orange tonight and they are getting a replacement out to me tomorrow (wasnt expecting it would be replaced so fast, so nice surprise)

Got 2 quick questions.

(1) Since i decert'ed and unlocked the phone, should i relock and recert it before i hand it over?

(2) As i have to keep the battery/sim/miniSD, whats the best way to wipe all the data off the phone before i hand it over?

Any advice would be gratefull.

the timing is sensitive and you may need to try a couple of times before you get it right

I would probably hard reset too but I wouldn't worry about it.

They will reflash the device when it arrives and won't look at what is already on there or what tweaks you've made.

Thanks for the advice, did a hard reset before handing the old one over.

Now have the replacement, just waiting to see how long this one lasts for ;)
