I get this error after reinstalling Fizz Traveller. It comes up when I open the application, and also sometimes when I sync the phone with the computer.

How can I get rid of it? Is there supposed to be a language dat file in the Fizz directory? I cannot find it now after the reinstallation anyway.

You should have a folder called "lang" in the main program directory. Inside that is lang.dat file and a load of text files.

I would try reinstalling yet again. Do you not specify the language the first time you run it ? Would this process maybe create the file ?

I agree with Disco Stu re-install the software, believe me I have been using Fizz for years and it does not take kindly to being copied from one card to another or from a backup of your card etc.

Always Un-Install, remove the Fizz folders then Re-Install Fizz Traveller if you have any problems with it.

But back to your question this message is probably coming up because you have the new 2.3 version and this can auto-sync when docked and I got the same error as well.

Open Fizz Traveller (after you have re-installed) go to Options, then press Options again and go to Downloads. On this page make sure scheduled is off and docking updates are off as well.
