Guest goatpunch Posted May 17, 2006 Report Posted May 17, 2006 Does anyone know how to keep a whole folder up to date with Direct Push? For example, the Inbox on my exchange server, has dozens of items in it, all of which have been viewed on my Smartphone at some time. My phone only shows me emails from the last week or so- this is a real pain when I want to reply to an old email, view a mail I sent a while ago, etc. I store all emails on the storage card, so space isn't an issue. Come to think of it, the same goes for Calendar data- I can't look at data from the previous month on my device, ActiveSync seems to just remove it. I wish this was configurable. I've got a feeling that my only option will be to use IMAP to access the same account, and keep it up to date once a day or so- seems a bit annoying for this to be necessary though.

Calendar Go to ActiveSync on your device then Menu, Options, click Calendar then settings. My default shows 2 weeks but you can have ALL, 6 months etc. Mail same area click settings and default is previous 3 days mail, again you can have ALL, 1 month etc. Hope this helps.
