video editing on smartphone

i was wondering is there a program that will allow to edit videlo(3gp) on spartphone.

u know, like cuting, spliting, adding subtitels maybe some efects and that sort of things.

On the phone? I don't think so since it would a) be hard to work with the small screen and ;) would take forever with the weak processor.

But hey, I could very well be wrong.

Well its possible on a Symbian device with the built in software! its not that good though.
