Mpx220 Firmware

I am looking for a good rom update for my mpx220, I noticed there has been a lot of mention about Roms however i am unsure what is the best available and where you can download it. Someone said

www.surrealnetworks.com has all the roms you need, with instructions on how to update your rom and discussions on the differences between them. Most people will suggest asian 3.46 since it's stable, has decent volume and wmp 10. Others will say generic 1.49 since less tweaking is needed and the volume is still decent, no wmp 10 though.

Really just search here and surreal for the many threads discussing the pros and cons on each rom.
