MXP200 HELP

well i just got an mxp 200 and i think it's a cool phone but alreayd i got a problem with it, well after i tryed to install some apps on it it cut off and when i turned it on it sticks on the screen wit all the trees and never starts up , can you tell me how can i fix it

screen with the trees?? u mean the motorola screen? or do u have a custom start up screen??? anyhow. for that a hard reset would be the answer, press the blue button while powering the phone on, also, u might wanna make sure that its connected to the power to ensure that it wont die again. with a hard reset it will reset everything on the phone tho. as far as im aware, it will erase anything that has been stored on the phone itself. things on the card should be ok tho.

Another option is to do the above but rather then select the option YES select NO and see if the phone boots normally.

As for a hard reset, do not have the phone connected to the PC otherwise it will not work, also anything you do have on the storage card will not be deleted but the phone will be reset to the ROM's default settings

As for the bootscreen you are describing I am aware of a ROM that has a boot screen of a painting with trees and a path instead of the moto flower. If you have this then you have a dodgy ROM on your phone and not the standard 2002 operating system that should be on the phone.
