Guest artyom Posted May 19, 2006 Report Posted May 19, 2006 The internal microphone of my c500 doesn't work at all, it wont pick up any sound whether it is a phone call, voice recording/video recording etc. If i plug the headset in then i can talk fine on the phone, so i'm guessing that the internal microphone is broken. is it worth taking it to a shop to get it fixed, and if so should it cost a lot or not, thanks

Guest aicon Posted July 20, 2006 Report Posted July 20, 2006 I have the same problem described in the first post as well: Internal mic does not pick up any sound at all, but the mic on the headset works fine. Been looking for a fix in all the forums but nothing so far. Anyone know a way to sort it out, please help. Cheers, Aide PS: I can take the phone apart myself if I have to.
Guest BrAGoL Posted July 20, 2006 Report Posted July 20, 2006 same problem here... i've a hand-me-down SP3 unit from a good friend... i already replaced the mic coming from a dead SMT5600 unit but still to no avail... is it really a problem of Typhoon units? :)
